This policy applies to digital products bought on bananutsrecipes.com, such as printable PDF recipe planners.
All sales are final
Our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed and paid for. Please read the product description, page count and format carefully before you buy.
Payment and delivery problems
We will always make sure you receive what you paid for:
- Download not received: if you were charged but did not get your file, email us with your order number and we will send it to you directly.
- File will not open: we will send you a fresh copy.
- Charged twice for the same order: the duplicate payment will be returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, no order is created, and any amount debited is reversed automatically by your bank, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
