Digital delivery only
All products sold on bananutsrecipes.com are digital downloads, such as printable PDF planners. We do not ship physical goods, and there are no shipping charges.
How and when you receive your product
- As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on the order confirmation page.
- We also email the download link to the email address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
- If you have an account, your downloads are also available under My Account > Downloads.
If your download does not arrive
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it within 24 hours of payment, email kitchen@bananutsrecipes.com with your order number and we will send it to you directly. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy if the problem cannot be fixed.
Delivery area
Because delivery is digital, products can be bought and downloaded from anywhere, as long as payment is accepted at checkout.
